In these terms, “Kalindi”, “Kalindi Lifestyle”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the legal business operating the website. “Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to a person accessing the website, creating an account, communicating with us or placing an order.

The website includes the online store, customer account area, wishlist, checkout, product pages, contact forms and other services made available through the Kalindi Lifestyle domain.

Using the website means accepting these terms.

By accessing or using the website, creating an account, submitting information or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies incorporated into them.

These include the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy, Size Guide and any product-specific terms displayed before purchase.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website or place an order.

The store is intended for customers legally able to purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to independently create an account or place an order.

A parent or lawful guardian should place an order on behalf of a minor where appropriate. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally permitted to do so and that the information supplied is accurate.

The website is intended primarily for customers located in India and for delivery to serviceable Indian PIN codes, unless Kalindi expressly introduces another service area.

• Do not allow another person to misuse your account.
• Notify Kalindi promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or account activity.
• Review saved delivery and contact details before every purchase.
• Do not create an account using false, misleading or another person’s information.

Kalindi may temporarily restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, unauthorised activity, abuse, legal risk or a security concern.

Product details are presented as accurately as reasonably possible.

Kalindi aims to provide clear product photographs, descriptions, measurements, available sizes, colours, materials, care guidance and pricing.

A minor expected variation is not automatically treated as a defect. A product that is incorrect, damaged, defective or materially different from its confirmed description remains eligible for review under the applicable policy and consumer law.

The payable amount is displayed before payment.

Product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts and order-level adjustments will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Kalindi may change product prices, offers or shipping charges prospectively without prior notice. A price change does not ordinarily alter an order already accepted at the confirmed amount.

Where a price, discount or product listing contains an obvious technical, typographical or system error, Kalindi may contact the customer before fulfilment and offer correction or cancellation with an appropriate refund.

Orders are processed after successful online payment.

Cash on Delivery is currently unavailable. Payment options shown during checkout may include UPI, cards, net banking or other methods supported by Razorpay or another authorised payment provider.

Payment credentials are entered through the payment provider’s secure systems. Kalindi does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs, online-banking passwords or similar authentication data.

• You must use a payment method you are authorised to use.
• A failed, pending or reversed transaction does not confirm an order.
• Banks or payment providers may apply their own processing times and security checks.
• Duplicate payment concerns should be reported with the transaction reference and order information.
• Kalindi may request reasonable verification where a transaction appears unusual or potentially unauthorised.

Delivery remains subject to serviceability and courier conditions.

Orders are delivered to serviceable PIN codes through Delhivery or another courier or logistics provider selected by Kalindi.

Processing and delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Public holidays, festivals, weather, courier interruptions, remote locations, incorrect addresses and events beyond reasonable control may affect timelines.

The customer is responsible for supplying a complete delivery address, correct PIN code, active phone number and any necessary landmark information.

Preference-based returns and genuine product issues are treated differently.

Kalindi currently does not offer preference-based returns or exchanges for an incorrect size selected by the customer, fit preference, colour preference or change of mind.

Support remains available where an order contains an incorrect, damaged, defective, materially misdescribed or missing product.

Eligible concerns should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, photographs, packaging, shipping label and an available unedited parcel-opening video.

Cancellation depends on the order’s processing stage.

A customer may contact support immediately to request cancellation. A request may be considered where the order has not entered processing, packing, shipment creation or dispatch.

Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation. Once processing or dispatch has begun, cancellation may no longer be operationally possible.

Refusing delivery does not automatically qualify an order for refund and may result in shipping, return-to-origin or handling consequences, subject to applicable law and the published policy.

Kalindi may cancel an order for stock unavailability, failed verification, payment reversal, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, delivery unserviceability or another legitimate reason. Any received payment will be handled appropriately.

Promotional benefits may carry additional conditions.

Coupons, discounts, free-shipping promotions, gifts and other offers may be subject to validity dates, minimum order values, selected products, customer eligibility, usage limits or location restrictions.

• Offers cannot ordinarily be combined unless expressly stated.
• A coupon has no cash value and cannot be exchanged independently for money.
• Discounts apply only during the stated promotional period and while eligible stock remains available.
• Kalindi may cancel misuse, duplicate redemption, automated abuse or fraudulent use of an offer.
• A promotional benefit may be adjusted where an approved cancellation or refund changes order eligibility.

The website must be used lawfully and respectfully.

You may browse the store, create an account, purchase products and use available customer-service features for lawful personal purposes.

You must not:

• Use the website for fraud, impersonation, harassment or unlawful activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to an account, system, database, payment service or administration area.
• Upload malware, harmful code or material designed to interfere with website operation.

Customer content may include reviews, photographs, videos, comments, testimonials, enquiries and support materials voluntarily submitted to Kalindi.

You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting content for publication or promotional use, you grant Kalindi a non-exclusive, royalty-free and reasonably necessary licence to host, reproduce, display and use that content in connection with the website, store, customer support or agreed marketing activity.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, reputation or legal rights.

Kalindi may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, irrelevant, infringing, promotional spam or inconsistent with these terms.

Kalindi’s brand and website materials are protected.

The Kalindi Lifestyle name, logo, branding, website design, written copy, graphics, product presentation, photographs, videos and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Kalindi unless stated otherwise.

You may view website content and make a purchase for personal use. You may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, modify, remove branding from or commercially exploit protected materials without written permission.

Third-party trademarks, payment-provider marks and courier names remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer ownership or imply broader endorsement.

External providers operate under their own terms.

The store may use or link to payment gateways, courier tracking systems, social media services, analytics providers, communication platforms and other external websites.

Those providers may have separate terms, fees, privacy practices, service conditions and availability. Kalindi does not control every aspect of a third-party service and is not responsible for external content or conduct outside its reasonable control.

Customers should review a third party’s terms before submitting information or using its services directly.

Continuous or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

Kalindi aims to keep the website secure and available, but access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, updates, hosting issues, internet outages, payment failures, cyber incidents or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Website features, products, prices, categories and services may be added, changed, suspended or removed prospectively as operational requirements evolve.

Kalindi is not responsible for a customer’s own device, internet connection, browser configuration or failure to complete checkout before stock or pricing changes.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or another legally non-excludable obligation.

Customers may be responsible for harm caused by unlawful misuse.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Kalindi for reasonable direct loss, liability or expense resulting from your fraudulent or unlawful use of the website, deliberate security violation, infringement of another person’s rights or material breach of these terms.

This provision does not require a consumer to compensate Kalindi for a legitimate complaint, exercise of a legal right or matter caused by Kalindi’s own breach.

Some delays may result from circumstances beyond control.

Kalindi will not be treated as having failed to perform an obligation where performance is prevented or materially delayed by events beyond reasonable control.

These may include natural disasters, severe weather, transport interruption, public-health emergencies, government restrictions, strikes, civil disturbance, internet or power failure, courier disruption, cyberattack or payment-network outage.

Kalindi will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such an event and communicate material order impacts where practical.

These terms are governed by Indian law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Customers are encouraged to contact Kalindi first so that an order, payment, delivery or policy concern can be reviewed and resolved in good faith.

Subject to rights and forums available under applicable consumer law, courts having jurisdiction in (City, State) will have jurisdiction over other disputes arising from these terms or the website.
